Functional integration and competitive advantage of food and beverages manufacturing firms in Kenya

The major aim of this study was to establish the relationship between functional integration and competitive advantage food beverages manufacturing firms in Kenya. adopted a cross-sectional survey. target population managers working along supply chain from 270 beverage two-stage sampling design employed. first stage, cluster random sampling, obtained 73 & firms. Second convenience selected two participants Thus, sample size 146. Questionnaires were used collect primary data using both drop pick mailing methods. Secondary through document analysis. Data analyzed SPSS version 28 generate descriptive inferential statistics. found that had positive significant linear with advantage. Additionally, is anticipated grow for every unit increase integration. concludes parameters are crucial enhancing company's industry. Consequently, recommends improvements integrating functions internally should be strategically implemented.
